Choosing your plan

Velosiq has three plans. Every one of them includes the core — client management, unlimited invoicing, proposals, the calendar, Stripe payments and revenue reporting — with no cap on how many contacts you keep or how many invoices you send.

Every new account starts on a 14-day Business trial — no card, nothing charged when it ends.

What each plan includes

Solo — everything one person needs to run the business.

• Clients and notes, with no cap on how many
• Unlimited invoices, card payments through your own Stripe account, and part payments
• Proposals with e-signature acceptance — the link you send works on every plan
• The Calendar with Google Calendar sync
• A products & services catalog
• Revenue, receivables and top-client reporting

Business — the money and delivery picture, for a small team. Everything in Solo, plus:

• Up to 3 team members
• The client portal — one branded page where a client sees every invoice and books appointments
• Projects with financials, time tracking, files and change orders
• Expense tracking and recurring bills
• Profit & loss and budget forecasting
• Asset maintenance logs and Asset ROI
• Advanced analytics: revenue trends, revenue by client, top products, customer growth

Team — control over the account itself. Everything in Business, plus:

• Up to 10 team members with roles and permissions
• The activity log kept for as long as your account is open, rather than the 30 days on Solo or 90 on Business
• Custom branding and the full set of invoice templates
• Images inside your client email templates

Which one fits

Pick by how many people need a login, not by feature count — that is the line the plans are actually drawn on. One person is Solo. A small team where someone else raises invoices or runs jobs is Business. A crew where you need to control who can see revenue, and to be able to answer "who changed this?", is Team.

The other honest tie-breaker is whether you need the client portal and projects. If you want clients self-serving their invoices, or you run work as jobs with costs and change orders, you want Business regardless of headcount.

Watching your usage

Manage Subscription (in your user menu) shows live meters for clients, invoices this month, assets and users against your plan's limits. When you reach a limit, Velosiq tells you at the moment you try to add more, with a one-click path to upgrade.
