Invoices carry a pay link, cards and bank transfers both work, and an invoice marks itself paid the moment the payment clears. Partial payments are supported and count toward your revenue right away.

Any time. Plan changes and cancellation are both handled in Stripe's Customer Portal, a couple of clicks from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep your plan through the end of the period you've already paid for. Your data stays yours — nothing is deleted if you move down a plan.
