Appointments, Google Calendar sync, and reminders

The calendar holds appointments, and every appointment can be attached to a client — so a site visit shows up on that client's timeline alongside their invoices and proposals rather than living only in your phone.

The calendar overview explains the month, week, day and list views and what each is good for. Creating and managing appointments covers the details, including attaching equipment to a booking so you can see when a machine is already committed elsewhere.

Google Calendar sync is the one most people set up first — it keeps Velosiq and the calendar already on your phone in step, so you are not maintaining two.

Your online booking page is a public link clients can use to request a time from the availability you publish, which lands straight on your calendar. And because money has dates too, recurring bills appear on the calendar so a renewal does not surprise you.

Note that appointments themselves do not repeat automatically — each one is its own entry.
