What your clients see and how to share it
The client portal is a branded page for one client, showing their invoices and proposals and letting them book an appointment. There is no account and no login — you send a link, they open it in any browser.
Sharing the portal covers getting the link out: emailed from your own business name, copied for a text message, or as a direct link to a single invoice. Every send is recorded on the client's timeline, so there is a record of what went where.
Invoices in the portal is what your client sees when they open one — the full document, printable, and payable by card if you have connected Stripe. Appointment booking lets them request a time from your published availability without an email exchange.
Because the link is the key, treat it like one: share each client's link only with that client, through a channel you would trust with the invoice itself.
The portal does not host files or galleries for your clients — it covers invoices, proposals and booking. It is available on the Business and Team plans, though a single proposal link works on every plan.
