Create your Velosiq account

Velosiq is an all-in-one platform for running a service business: clients, invoicing, payments, scheduling, proposals, projects and reporting in one place. Creating an account takes less than a minute.

  1. Go to the Register page.
  2. Enter your Business name, Email and a Password.
  3. Complete the security check and click Create Account.

That is it — your workspace is created immediately and you are signed in.

Your 14-day Business trial

Every new account starts on a 14-day Business trial. No credit card, nothing charged when it ends, and everything the Business plan includes unlocked while it runs: the client portal, projects, expense tracking and the advanced reports.

A banner counts down the days, and Velosiq emails you at 7, 3 and 1 day out. Subscribe whenever you are ready — see choosing your plan and upgrade, downgrade or cancel.

The trial is deliberately the Business plan rather than the cheapest one, so you can find out whether you need the features before deciding rather than after. Worth using it on real work: bring one actual job through end to end — client, proposal, invoice, payment — rather than clicking around with test data. Fourteen days is plenty for that, and it answers the question far better than a tour does.

Nothing is deleted when the trial ends. If you do not subscribe, the account moves to a free tier and your data stays exactly where it is, waiting for you.

What registering actually creates

Two things at once:

  • Your business — the workspace holding all your clients, invoices and data. Everything in Velosiq belongs to a business, and data is never shared between them.
  • Your owner account — you are the owner, with full control over settings, billing and, on the Business and Team plans, your team.

If colleagues are going to use Velosiq too, you should be the one who registers, and they should be invited afterwards rather than each signing up separately. Two people registering independently creates two unconnected businesses with two separate sets of data, and there is no way to merge them later.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password from the Login page. Your session stays active for 7 days on that device, after which you are asked to sign in again.

Use the exact email address you registered with, and keep the password somewhere safe — the same credentials work on every device, and there is no separate mobile account. If you lose it, resetting your password takes a moment.

Choosing the right email address

Use an address you will still have in three years, and ideally one at your own business domain rather than a personal one. The owner's email receives billing correspondence and is what account recovery runs through, so an address tied to an old job or an ISP you might leave is a genuine risk. It can be changed later, but it is easier to get right now.

What to do next

Head to the quick-start checklist to get set up for your first invoice, or go straight to setting up your business profile — that is where your logo and details come from, and everything your clients see inherits them.
