Clients & CRM

Manage your client list, imports, and activity

The client record is the centre of Velosiq. Every invoice, proposal, appointment, payment and note attaches to one, which is what lets you answer "where are we with this person?" from a single page instead of four.

Start with adding and managing clients, or bring your existing list across in one go by importing from a spreadsheet.

Once clients are in, this section covers the two things that turn a contact list into a pipeline. Statuses mark where someone is in your process — what the default statuses mean and how to replace them with your own, since a wedding photographer and a plumber do not share a funnel.

Follow-up workflows then do the chasing for you: a scheduled sequence of emails tied to a status, sent from your own business name using templates you write. A sequence only runs while the client is still in its stage, so nobody gets a "just checking in" after they have already signed.

The client timeline reads all of it back as one stream, and lead source tracking tells you which marketing is actually working.
